What’s the big deal about BOCM being a bank?

Our banking platform gives our loan agents Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, USDA, and Reverse Mortgage products from top investors in the industry. Our loan volume allows us to offer competitive pricing while our banking systems produce turn times that outpace our competitors.

Can I broker loans?

We give our loan agents and affiliate branches the flexibility to broker loans when needed. In most cases these loans are products outside of our banking offering.

Is your technology REALLY paperless?

BOCM's leading edge technology is a real-time, web-native system that can be accessed from ANYWHERE. Marketing, loan disclosures, underwriting, conditions and loan documents all flow in and out of our system PAPERLESS!

BOCM’s technology gives our clients 24/7 access to their loan status online. The system is equipped with email alerts - updating borrowers and industry partners throughout the loan process. Our software and website provide iron-clad file security through our encrypted site and servers blocking third-party access while providing one easy location for borrowers to review documents and respond to requests. BOCM clients and partners have the confidence of knowing their information is secure and the convenience of access to file status at all times.

What kind of marketing support does BOCM provide?

BOCM's leading edge technology gives our agents the ability to consistently communicate with their clients and realtor partners through automated newsletters, drip campaigns, economic updates and milestone date reminders.

Is BOCM a Full Eagle FHA lender?

Yes. We are a Full Eagle FHA lender with multiple DE underwriters.

How do I get paid?

All BOCM loan agents are W2 employees that are paid on the 15th and last day of every month.

What’s the difference between an “Affiliate Branch” and a “Net Branch”?

Net branch arrangements are purely economic and often provide little administrative or relational support. Our model is a fully integrative business arrangement that can be customized into your current structure.

If I become an Affiliate Branch, do I have to give up my company?

BOCM does not want to “own” your company and our agreements often do not require our partners to terminate their existing entity.

How much back office and compliance support does BOCM provide?

BOCM provides comprehensive payroll, HR, benefits and administrative support to our partners. We have a compliance department assuring that our entire company remains compliant in an ever-changing regulatory environment. Our back office economies of scale free up our braches to focus on things that have made them successful: Originating loans and generating top line revenue.
